My only dislikes would be that they always run out of caramel drizzle which I would probably ingest intravenously, yes, I realize I am a part of that issue so still 5 stars.

Coffee was cold, weak, and tasted like it was made with water from a pond. Staff was friendly, didn’t have to wait too long, though it wasn’t quite fast either. Ordered two medium roast coffees through the drive through at 2:30pm.

Stopped by Starbucks Dublin GA Veterans Pkwy parking lot was empty should’ve been a clue to leave. We are from out of town and needed a restroom stop and a good cup of coffee. Much to our surprise the restrooms were nasty, the condiment table where you get sugar, napkins etc was filthy and once we got back on the road home I heard a rattle in my cup low and behold the lid to the milk was in my cup. The lemon pound cake was like eating paste course she did warn me that it was put in the display case at 6:00am this was 6:30pm I thought it would be ok. NO not good. First time I’ve wasted $10 at a Starbucks. Poor representation of Starbucks.

Ok, this is place is a hit and miss. It took literally 20 mins to get a coupe of coffee (inside) with 3 people ahead of us. And when we finally get our order It’s the WRONG order, hot vice Iced. Look unless you are addicted to Starbucks I recommend wait to go to another store

Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to the drive thru and no one tried to take my order I sat there for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Got no response pulled up to the window every single employee saw me and ignored me. I had to pull around and go inside to get any kind of service.

Horrible Starbucks. Looks like a tornado rolled through it. Boxes all over the floor, zero food in the display cabinet and a 45 minute wait for just drip coffee. When ordering, the barista says, “What can I get you, it will be a while?”

I ordered a bagel and avocado spread through a mobile order. The app said it would be ready by 1:17. I walked in the store around that time and it was kind of packed so i was prepared to wait a little. Time went by and people who walked in while i was in the store got their order before me. I asked one of the employees about my order and apparently my order got mixed up with the drive thru orders. Not only that but the avocado spread was not in the bag and i’m pretty sure I already payed for it before them letting me know that they ran out.
