THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!
It was literally inedible. We ordered two, eight piece wing combos. One lemon pepper and one parmesian garlic. Not only did the food have no seasoning or sauce but it was also air fried. To top everything off my food was RAW, it was literally still BLEEDING!!!! We had to throw it out we didn’t even try the rest and it was still slimmy and tough liek raw meat
I’ve never been the individual to give someone a review and definitely a poor one but this is unacceptable. I hope I’m able to upload these pictures, if not I give you my word that this isn’t the place that you want to go. Just disgusting!!

Ewww! Could not have been any worse. Ordered 8 wings and the initial sight of them was as far from appetizing as possible. Not sure if these were chicken wings or from a flock of diseased pigeons. Looks like they sat under a heat lamp for two weeks waiting for a sorry soul to show up and order wings. Immediately tossed in the trash and will never… ever be back. Gross.

We had a group of six that went for lunch. There were not a ton of people there at all. However it took a long time for someone to even acknowledge us for drinks. All but one of us ordered off the lunch menu which has options for $11.99 they include fries and a drink or $13.99 with fries and a drink. It took a very long time for food to come out and in between the server never came back for drink refills. As the food started coming out right away two folks received just the wings no fries. One person’s meal didn’t come out and we waited and edited and tried to flag anyone down and finally we grabbed the guy cleaning tables and your him her food was missing. The waitress didn’t even put it in. It was a simple order too. A buffalo chicken wrap with no tomatoes and fries. When it finally came it had no buffalo sauce no ranch. Just a chicken tender with cheese and lettuce. When the bill came she had not given three people the lunch special and had charged separately for the items. The kicker to all of this is the manager and district manager had been having a meeting in the dining area and never ever stepped in. When we went to pay the bill the waitress acted like she didn’t know what she had done and went to get the manager. The manager fixed the bill but didn’t want to hear the issues we had at all despite the fact I’m sure she knew since she was seated not that far from us.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I don’t think ive ever given a google review before but If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! First of all, this location is hard to find. It is located inside of a Chili’s, which I didn’t know until I called. My husband and I ordered a 12 pc wings, to go. The chicken was raw/ undercooked and mushy. We did not realize until there were 2 wings left because they were drenched in sauce. We both got a bad case of food poisoning and it was awful!! I do not recommend this place at all.

Disappointing. Bottom line- it was just bad! Order was messed up. 16 wings, 2 flavors and fries and unsweetened iced tea. The receipt was correct. The packed order was not. 8 of the wings were plain/unseasoned. The other 8 were seasoned with the right seasoning, but barely had any flavor at all. The iced tea was sweetened. The fries were cold. (cold fries would not be a surprise for a pick up order, except that I was there waiting when the bag was packed and came out, and so it would seem they were packed cold) Not sure if this is an indicator of all locations or not, but the experience was poor enough that I will not be trying out any other locations to find out.

Boneless wings and curly fries were really good. Pretty thick and juicy bird bits. Flavoring was good but one of the sauces was dumped out in the bag and made a big ol’ mess. Would recommend putting a piece of tape over the sauce containers for delivery.

I just ordered 8 mild wings and 8 mango Habanero wings (bone in). A total of 16 wings (you can choose 2 flavors)…Best wings I have eaten in a while! They were so good and the price is just right! 16 wings = $18. I used to ordered from Brickhouse and they decided to raise their price for the wings enormously!! (16 wings $24) So I started looking for another restaurant and I found this place. You won’t regret it, I promise you! And the fries are SO good!

Wish I had read reviews before wasting my money. The boneless wings were not crispy at all. Pretty fatty and soggy wings garlic parm is not mild like the claim. One of my favorite flavors and it was gross. Curly fries will be goi g in my fryer when I get home way to soggy. This place sucks will not be back
