My only complaint with this location, if you order anything through the drive thru, and want no whip, your waiting til they make another, cause they’re definitely putting whip on there. Otherwise not too bad of a location. Fast, friendly, and great quality.

A disjointed visit in Hartwell today, ordered and the counter person seemed a bit off track. Venti Carmel latte hot was a long time coming, and they didn’t call out my name whenever they dropped it. I also had to ask to get my egg protein box. Everything was fine, just not the usual excellence I expected at this location.

The most pleasant drive thru experience I’ve ever had thanks to Micah. I wanted a caramel brûlée and he said they were out of the flavoring but gave me a suggestion of what he could do and it was delicious. I was so happy that a employee was able to turn the situation into something positive instead of just saying we’re out. The girl in the window was nice as well even though I did not get her name. It was a drive thru line wrapped around the building yet they were so nice and pleasant. I wish all drive thru experiences were as great as this one.
