Well, did a take order on Christmas Eve, the pizza was good no complaints, the issue was the lady making the pizzas, her attitude was horrible, she was slamming oven doors and pizza pans, and disrespectful to other coworkers in front of customers. Management I don’t care how short staffed you are, there are people that want work with a smile. Train this lady how to treat others and not have a don’t care attitude.

Ordered delivery then they called to say they didn’t have a driver. So, I went to pick up my food, when I got there no one knew how to refund the delivery fee and the tip for the delivery that never happened. They then informed me that they’re manager should have to do it the following day, I left my name and number and no one ever reached out.

Was in no rush for my order but a young girl was trying to get the attention of the lady working. She kept getting ignored as she politely said, “ma’am”. I stepped up to help her and ask about the order and was yelled at by the lady who was working. I didn’t even fully finish my sentence before she yelled “Stop”. If you can’t answer a single question while cutting and boxing a pizza, maybe it’s time for a new job or a break.

Terrible customer service. We don’t get to order out often, but decided to order a supreme pizza, wings and bread sticks. Ordered on the Pizza Hut app. Door dash brought it. The pizza was not correct. We paid for a super supreme with no sausage. We go a sausage and pepperoni pizza. No big deal. Stuff happens….:called up there. The “manager” Rosa blamed door dash, and then told me if I wanted it fixed I had to bring the pizza up there and wait for what I ordered. I declined because that defeats the whole purpose of delivery….I asked for a refund on the pizza as we did not and will not be eating it. She told me no she couldn’t do that either. My only option is to bring it there. so 35$ for pizza we can’t eat. Rosa is a poor excuse for a manager.

Rosa (General Manager) is horrible. 4 customers at the register waiting, she didn’t bother to acknowledge any of us. Overheard being rude to other employees and was constantly slamming the door to food warmer.

I’m utterly baffled at how bad my experience was. The order never got submitted, because my cashier kept blundering the entree by telling me that breadsticks didn’t come with my meal, yet they did… but moreover NO PRICES are on the menu, I had to give my phone number JUST to place the order, and it all took far too much time I needed to be on the road home. I finally just had to leave. The place also could use some freshening up

First food was good not great price was a bit high including almost 3.00 for water
Service was friendly but not good had to get our own menus no bill was brought to the table
Atmosphere it was sooo COLD in there to be uncomfortable
Problem for me was there were no prices on the menu the waiter didnt know the prices but when we looked on line I was charger over 4.00 more then the online price
