One of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had in a while!!! Had a refreshingly pleasant exchange placing my order – giving me their name and then asking for mine so kindly. They were genuine in taking my order. Morgan was wonderful and very cheerful, I wish more Starbucks had baristas like this! And for the first time in a long time my drinks were spectacular!

This review is a good 5 months in the making of how downhill this Starbucks has gone. I used to go to this Starbucks almost everyday for months. I took a little hiatus but came back on Mother’s Day which in hindsight was not the best day to come but I wanted to treat myself. I ordered a shaken iced espresso and what I received was basically shaken milk. There was absolutely no espresso in it considering the color was white. Decided to go again a month later and received horrible tasting drinks, this time I went back in to get them fixed and the person at the front had an attitude and swore they made it right. Someone else remade it and while it still tasted off, it was much better than the first try. For the time being I just decided to go to Dunkin for my coffee fix because it was clear the customer service and drinks were lacking. I went back last week because I really wanted a plain iced coffee and decided to go through drive thru. It wasn’t busy and the line looked decent enough but it took almost 30 minutes waiting in drive thru to get my small iced coffee. Went back today and I think I reached my limit. Ordered 3 drinks and 2 out of the 3 were ready and it was taking a while for the 3rd drink to come out, went to ask someone near the espresso drinks and was told rudely “it’ll be ready when it’s ready.” I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management but i can’t with this Starbucks anymore. Horrible.

Be prepared for your coffee to take about 20-30 minutes. I even tried to mobile order this morning at 7:30am and was there at the store until 8am still waiting on my order. The entire store was full of people waiting on their order and I was told it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes. On top of all that the coffee never tastes as good as any other Starbucks

As much as I absolutely LOVE my Starbucks this location is NOT one to patronize. I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time it’s been unpleasant. NEVER in all of my Starbucks years have I encountered such horribly delayed service. There appears to have been no planning on the owner’s/ managements part for the amount of business/ traffic that’d come through. The staff IS friendly.

Staff is rude. Brewed coffee is always cold or tastes off. Take 20 minutes just to get brewed coffee. Bar is filled with coffees because they are too disorganized to realize who is making what. Avoid this location. Your better off going to the location in target.

I just got my order on a Regular Javachip not the mint Javachip cause I’m allergic to mint idk who made the drink but they had to have got confused cause when I took a sip of my drink I got instantly hit with mint and it caused me to have an allergic reaction

These people took all of my gift card money I had 17$ on my gift card yet I get a medium frap supoort to charge 6$ On the card charged 8$ oh get this they never refunded my money into the card back I will never go here and perfect drive 2miles to go to another Starbucks this is a terrible Starbucks don’t go here unless you want to be card scammed the cashier at the drive thru I hope gets fired I’m disappointed in Starbucks and have switched over to Dunkin’ not happy 🙁
