The employees here were nice, friendly, and happy to serve coffee and food to me and my family. This is just a Starbucks kiosk with in a grocery store, but on our two visits here, on consecutive mornings, we encountered a great experience. They made the drinks quickly, and we were able to sit down at the Ingles tables to enjoy them. We hope to be back every time we come through Cleveland, or the mountain lakes Resort!

I go here literally every single morning I absolutely love this starbucks over any of the others! Kaitlyn and Anne serve me every morning and they are great! I have never had an issue and actually enjoy coming every morning! I also think they deserve to get cash tips even tho its “ingles policy” I really hope they get paid extra for not being able to get tipped! They’re wonderful love these ladies
