One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. This place even has conference rooms that, prior to the pandemic, guests can use for free. The coffee is what you would expect from a Starbucks. Same snack menu as well. The service is excellent. The barista even humbly said she’s new here and if she needed to remake the coffee she would be happy to.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. Huge s/o one of the cashiers at the Starbucks on Broken Bow Dr in the Publix shopping plaza – I believe her name is Robin and she’s very cheerful and sweet – she always goes out of her way to ask how my name is pronounced, which I appreciate a lot (if you’re also from a foreign background and grew up in the south, you know how it was growing up having to constantly correct people or settle for a nickname just so your full name wouldn’t be butchered ).

Says they close at 10:30. Pulled up at 7:45 on a Saturday and they did not say anything as we waited at the speaker. We said hello and nothing. So thinking maybe it is broken we pull forward. The two women inside look at each other and motion across their necks indicating they are closed. It is one thing to close a little bit early but to have had a person at the window as we drove past before entering the lot and to not have the courtesy to speak to us is unprofessional. They either are closing without permission or just do not know how to properly treat guests. I mean a week day I may understand closing early but a Saturday 2 hours and 45min before your listed closing time. 🙁

After placing my order and standing at the counter for several minutes, a barista finally asks “are you here for a mobile order?” No, I just placed an order at the counter and apparently my order was overlooked even though I’m the only customer in the building. Nevertheless, I’m enjoying my messy frappuccino although it’s dripping all over the place.

I have never been so happy with my order. Each day that I have ordered any food from here I have never been dissatisfied. Their customer service is great and the food comes to me hot and ready. I highly encourage each person that loves a nice coffee in the morning to order from here. I highly recommend!!! I am a pescatarian and I don’t eat meat but I always get the impossible sausage breakfast sandwich and it is delicious. Way to go Starbucks!!!
