This Jimmy Johns is absolutely HORRIBLE! I dont know why i give them more chances, every time I order delivery, it takes well over an hour to get it delivered to my house… when I call they dont offer any kind of help or anything, they just say “your order is out for delivery, we only have 1 driver and they have lots of deliveries” over an hour is absolutely ridiculous!!! Also had hair baked into my bread one time also…. I really just need to give up on them

I think I accidentally walked into the world’s slowest Jimmy John’s. I ordered online, expecting the legendary “freaky fast” experience. Instead, I got a 45-minute silent retreat in the lobby where employees practiced the ancient art of avoiding eye contact.
After enough time passed for me to legally change my name and start a new life, someone finally acknowledged my existence and handed me my food. By then, I was pretty sure the bread had aged into sourdough.
Look, I don’t need a sandwich thrown at me the moment I hit ‘submit,’ but if I wanted to wait 45 minutes for a cold sub, I’d have gone to a sit-down restaurant and gotten table service with it.
Jimmy John’s motto says “Freaky Fast.” Maybe this location’s motto is “Eventually, Probably.”

Pulled up to the drive-through and sat there for five minutes. Nobody asked us if we were ready to order. We had to ask them if they were ready to take our order and they were rude after we had sat there and waited for a while 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

We stopped here for lunch, and we had mixed quality on the sandwiches. My two boys loved their BLT’s and my husband liked his roast beef sandwich. I was really disappointed with my turkey Tom #2. It had two slices of thinly sliced turkey on a 8.5 inch sandwich. I asked for all the veggies and the pickles and onions were not there. The bread is good, but I was underwhelmed.

Freaky slow delivery. Ive ordered a whole bundle of pizzas and gotten them faster than these dang sandwiches. i love the food, but 2 hours for a deli sandwich to be delivered is pretty ridiculous. Twice this month ive decided to treat myself to a lunch and have to eat while trying to work because even though i ordered it 30 minutes BEFORE my hour lunch it doesn’t get here before i have to be back on the clock.

They took my order at the drive-through, I pulled forward, and they took my money. When I asked if they wanted my rewards number, she replied “I’m sorry, but it’s a little too late for that.“ If there’s a time limit on putting that information in, it seems like the order taker would ask for the information about the rewards number at the appropriate time instead of leaving it up to the customer to guess when is the right time.

Forgot how good the sandwiches are here. Menu has enough variety to satisfy virtually anyone. Reasonably priced and it was presented well – not sloppy at all. Timberley took my order and did a great job. The eating area was spotless too.
