I’ve been in ATL for vacation and have come here pretty much every day. The staff has been so nice and the drinks always come out quick! We had one issue once and it was instantly corrected (and honestly it wasn’t really even an issue). We ordered and ran out but they have plenty of seating to get work done or catch up with friends. You’ll get the full Starbucks experience here.

Was having a rough morning and decided to stop by this Starbucks on my way to work! I was Met with kind bubbly voice over the speaker! They were asking favorite animals which made me smile!! I was Met with 2 kind faces and and fun convo while I waited for my donut! Made sure to tip well! This will be my new stop on the way to work! Why are all of the employees that work here so rude? Some have been here for years and you sort of just get used to their rudeness and moods. But even the new people working here are miserable. Misery loves company I suppose and they seem to try their hardest to make you just as miserable as they are. Why? After tipping them, which is already ridiculous, and then asking for just a little more cream in my coffee, they seem annoyed and let you know just how inconvenient this request is. Maybe some of them would be happier people if they looked at their costumers, truly made eye contact, and just tried to smile. It’s not that hard! I’m sad to say that I will not be returning to this location after today. It was just a bit too much attitude, eye rolling, spilling the extra cream all over my hand and not even apologizing for it but instead sighing to show me just how annoyed they really are. We need more small business coffee shops in Woodstock who want to connect with the people who walk through their doors.

In the last 2 times I’ve been here, the person taking my order in drive thru has been quick to cut me off when I say my order. I get to the window and it’s been wrong twice. I feel like they rushed me out of the drive thru & I’m not satisfied.

This is an elite Starbucks. They only hire the best here or the trainer is amazing – regardless, when I get drinks here they’re the best versions of the drink I’ve ever had. They all deserve raises. One thing: please fill the pot hole after drive thru because I always lose a sip or two of cold brew when I’m leaving the premises. Maybe that’s not up to you to fix but just throwing that out there.

This Starbucks is the slowest store I have ever been to! My advice is order ahead for pick and order about 30 min ahead. It may be ready, it may not. Your drink might be made correctly.

Terrible Customer Service! They made our drinks wrong, and when we told them, they said we are human with attitude! I was not ugly at all and not sure why they had an attitude when they gave me drinks I didn’t order!
