This was the first time that I had something from Starbucks that was a meal that I wish to forget. I always purchase the Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia but this was the first time that the ingredients were so dried out that the sandwich didn’t have any taste. Maybe the person making the sandwich was new. I don’t know what happened but this sandwich was a no go. I took a picture because I couldn’t believe that I was experiencing this from Starbucks. I did go to another restaurant and purchase a sandwich that I did enjoy.

The drive thru line is usually pretty long but I normally go inside where there isn’t a line. Most of the time I’m in and out. Cashiers aren’t really welcoming at this location but they get the job done.

Do not go to this location if you are in a hurry. It is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Some of the staff is nice. Don’t get me wrong. But there is always a wait. ALWAYS. Even for a lemon load and pumpkin spice bread I had to wait 12 minutes. TWELVE MINUTES. It was literally RIGHT THERE!! So anyways, did I mention there is always a wait?!?!

This is the worst Starbucks there is! It is near my house and super convenient, but I will not go there again. Today it took 31 minutes to get 1 cold drink. It is always bad, but this was ridiculous. I was supposed to use points, but the guy charged me $12 for 1 drink and it was the wrong thing. Consistently bad! They need someone to take over and get this location up to their usual standards. The difference between this location and both the Hurricane Shoals and Duluth Highway locations is like night and day. Shape up or close!

Worst Starbucks. They are always slow when I come as well as they mess up my order each time, today I Went through the drive through to get pup cups not knowing the hours were changed and instead of the workers telling me they were closed. Each of them went by the window not saying anything it was after 10 minutes that I noticed the sign on the building which was posted off on the corner that the hours have changed, no employee ever approached me even if I wasn’t able to get a pup cup to at least tell me they were closed. Not stating all of the staff here is like this however I definitely always have a problem when I come.

Waited for 20mins and still got no coffee, and no it’s not because they were understaffed. There were six employees and a “manager/supervisor” in store. If you want coffee it would be quicker to go to Colombia harvest the coffee beans roast them yourself and brew your own pot!
