The baristas / servers here are atrocious! This was one of my worst experiences at a Starbucks. One missus (she was the shift leader) messed up on my order twice in a row and then threw a tantrum when I asked her for my correct order. She first gave me a completely different item and then proceeded to remake my drink in the wrong size. I simply asked her to correct my order. She offered a flippant apology but kept rolling her eyes at me. They need to retrain their workers here in basic manners.

Every single time I get one particular barista I can never get my entire order out without her rushing me. I’ve even asked her what the issue was and she’ll blame someone else. If I’m paying for ALL the extra stuff I order in my one drink then it shouldn’t be an issue to make it. This girl is constantly rushing me through my order. No other person does that but her. It’s very annoying and instantly ruins my day. I hate when it’s her. All the other employees are awesome. They let me finish my order then ask me if I’d like anything else. This has been going on for months. I order the exact same drink so I’m not sure if she just hates her job or is just like that as a person.

On 11/6/22 I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Venti sized drinks. I even said “can I vent , I mean can I get a venti..” I get to the window they hand me a grande. I asked for the correct size that I ordered and she said it said grande when I said Venti for both. I overheard a co worker in there with attitude saying “did she want a venti cup or did she order a venti drink” they handed me back my drink in a venti cup not even all the way full. First they messed up my order then they handed me this (see photo) after I asked and ordered 2 Venti sized drinks. I drove off after because I didn’t feel like dealing with the attitude and incorrect size again. As I was drinking my drink I noticed a little black thing in my drink. (See photo) The worst service I’ve experienced at this location .

I ordered a cafe latte and waited, but strangely it seemed to take too long. I was sure it would come out soon when I ordered it. After waiting for about 20 minutes, something strange happened. The staff laughed and chatted, but my coffee wasn’t coming out. So when I asked, my coffee was on the drive thru side. The male employee said “I’m sorry my bad” but he didn’t seem sorry. Common sense is that if the coffee has been there for 20 minutes, they should ask what this coffee is and find out whether it’s a dine in or a drive thru. I definitely gave my name when ordering. It happened because of she didnt write down my name. Then why she ask my name for? She didn’t ask if i want receipt, no receipt and left the register. I don’t know if I was treated like that because I’m Asian, but the service here is the worst. I will not be visiting again. Why I need to get worst service spent my money? Anyway coffee was not good too.
