Multiple times they have forgot the dipping sauce I paid extra for, now they doubled the price of the sauce and this is what I get? Not even half a cup of sauce? When I have called about this previously it was always a “credit you can use on a call in order”, told it was associated with my phone number so no problem. Called up next time….we have no record of that! WOW! Food is ok; service, especially from management, is horrible!

The service was fast and friendly, the restaurant clean and what is expected of a Pizza Hut for decor. It was awesome to have a stuffed crust pizza so hot that the cheese actually stretched when I pulled the crust apart. Tuesday nights are pizza buffet nights, but the salad bar is available all nights.

Carryout and delivery is just awful. You order online and it gives you an estimated time. The problem is the estimated time is always off. You shouldn’t be told 30 minutes and drive there and wait another 30 minutes because the pizza isn’t ready. Delivery is the same way. They need to have a better system like Papa John’s were you can’t see updated information. I order alot of pizza from Pizza hut and these last 6 months its just been a disaster ordering pizza from them.

Our server Sadie did a great job of taking care of our family during a memorial dinner for our grandpa who had passed away. She took care of this this past Tuesday afternoon, around 4:00. There were about 25 of us and she handled it well. Thank you, Sadie.
