Ok, food here this time was great. It was Fresh wish is always good for of customers to have a good food and experience in a restaurant. Place needs to be a bit more clean. Service oh wow the guy who helped us was amazing he was great good customers Service i believe his name is Shane 2-26-26 the 5pm time in the Columbia Missouri location. Please give this employee a reconnection for his amazing customer service, he was very polite, friendly, helpful. We hardly ever see this kind of service on a fast food restaurant. Shane you will go a very long aways with your amazing attitude and kindness. I was very impressed about this young man. That made the whole experience here amazing because of him. Good job Shane.

If it’s past 930 don’t go here. Tried to get a family meal- they aren’t cooking anymore food. Tried to order 2 bowls- couldn’t fill them. Called 3 times- no answer. I’ll just order regular Chinese and it’ll be cooked to order. And yes, I work in the food industry for many years and this is a first.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered online 49 minutes ago specifically to avoid standing in line, yet my order was never even made. After asking, I was told I still had to wait another 20 minutes. What is the point of online ordering if you completely ignore it? Staff was disorganized, slow, and clearly didn’t care. This was a complete waste of time. One of the worst Panda Express locations I’ve been to.

I waited to leave a review b/c lets face it, everyone had a bad day once in awhile. This is the 3rd time. They open at 10, and when I go through drive thru, seldom anything is ready.
If you can’t have the food ready when you open, then either open later or have people come in earlier.They like to give way more vegetables than meat, and even then, seldom portions are full, prob to save money, which I get, but not always at the consumers cost.
The one time I decided to wait, they told me 20 min. 30 min still no food at 40 min, I said I want my money back, the cook said… I didn’t know anyone was waiting!?
Manager says, why you want your money back? She should know, she took my order.
Food is seldom ready.
Lots of veggies, little meat
Smaller portions than what you pay for.
Not worth the money.

Noticed that more rice and less entree were put in the bowls. The crew are really hard workers. Orange chicken was great as always. Sesame Chicken is back, but slightly different. Green beans and yellow peppers with it and not as sweet. Still Good. Rest room clean. Price for 2 bowls and drinks was 29.

Incredibly stingy. Literally got 3 microscopic pieces of beef in my order of beef and broccoli. Watched the manager use tongs to pick out the big pieces of meat from my plate and put them back in the warmer.
