Staff works extremely slow. I went to this location in hopes of getting served faster than the main Starbucks on Dacula Rd. If you are in a rush don’t bother coming to this location.

One star was being kind! On 12/29/21 I was at this location around 10:30 am and there were 2 females sitting at different tables, I was looking for a small gift for a friend that has been ill and when I asked if I could get some assistance on how to purchase I was treated horrible. The younger female explained to me that she was in training, when I approached the other employee she snapped at me and with an attitude and said I am on break, I asked her well is there not anyone to assist me and with an attitude she again said I Am On break. I wanted to ask her why she allowed me to shop if she wasn’t going to help me. I went to customer service not file a complaint and was told someone by the name of Mr. Chris would return my call. I understand it’s a stressful time of year, but there is no reason to have an attitude and be rude. If you are not serving customer close the place off so people will not disturb you while you are on your BREAK.

I just walked out of this location and not only were the workers more concerned with having conversations with their friends then making my two drinks, the drinks were terrible. They were very bitter shots as if the machine hasn’t been flushed properly in awhile. There was one person ahead of me and it literally took me 10 minutes to get 2 iced lattes. I highly suggest the manager addresses these issues with the employees that were working there on May 4th around 2pm.

Seriously run through the rain at 7:57, daughters b day, she wanted a ham n cheese Croissant. Get to counter they’ve already put everything up and cleaned up. Kids says we’re closed. Oh, what time you close? @8. It’s not 8. You should say you close at 7:55 if that’s when you quit serving people. The manager needs to train employees. Kids don’t want to work to the end, find new ones. I’m drenched and frustrated now.

Nice, friendly customer service however they seem to be out of java chips or something very often. Also, the Skinny Mocha lattes do not taste the same as every other Starbucks or Starbucks in Kroger’s & Target locations. This one they taste more bitter, like unsweetened cocoa or something. Tried adding splenda even and it still didn’t taste the same. Skinny Vanilla lattes though taste fine.

I got a s’mores frappuccino and they did not put any coffee in it and it was pure white. I asked why there was no coffee and the barista replied you have to ask for coffee. J have been to a thousand other locations and never have I need to ask for coffee in my frappuccino. They wasted twenty of my minutes of my time I am never going to that location ever again.
