It’s not this starbucks location, this is actually one of my favorite locations. In the last few weeks something bad has happened to Starbucks lids for cold beverages. This is the THIRD drink in the last week and a half for the lid to pop off and the contents cover EVERYTHING. It has happened at multiple locations. I have never left a bad compliant, I think there is enough negative in the world. I only leave good reviews. Starbucks needs to get it together, for a $7 coffee! An explanation would be nice.

Ordered from them on the app and then after waiting for 20 minutes they said they were sold out and wouldn’t give me a refund unless I called corporate. not sure if this is true or if they just didn’t want to deal with it. I asked for my shaken ice brown sugar oatmilk without ice and was told they could not do it, although Ive had it that was a hundred times at this location and others. I understand if it couldnt be done butthey have done it every other time so what makes this one so different. The were extremely nice about it but just dosent make sense how this time the guy taking my order said no, basically if it couldnt be done why have you been doing it for months. Im not a once or twice a week customer I come everyday different times a day and more than once. I wont come back to this location.

Location is awesome! Coffee is a hit and miss they burn their beans sometimes which gives it a weird flavor. And slow service at times. But for most part it’s a great place, coZy inside and a good working environment.
