I had to sit there for about 34 minutes to get my food and about 8 to 10 minutes for them to take my order when there were only 3 of us there at that time and the doors were locked. Im not sure what was going on. The Fry’s were cold and I think when you get a bacon king I think you should get more than just 2 half pieces. I also noticed that my son only had about 6 or 8 Fry’s and his french fry bag I mean I know it’s only a 4.99 meal but come on you guys skimp on everything else! And I paid a little over $36 for all this and I didn’t even get a drink because you guys don’t have anything that I like to drink. At least you can do is make it hot or at least fresh! Oh and I got the large Texas double I also got the three apple pies and my daughter got the small bacon King and my 4-year-old got the 4.99 double cheeseburger meal

Placed a $35 order. Spoke to lady at the window when noticed my order was rang up incorrectly. I was rang up for 4 jpep bites when I ordered 4 orders of cheesy tots. Was pulled up so FRESH cheesy tots could be made. Was given 2 orders of VERY old cheesy tots and 2 jpep bites even after asking it’s cheesy tots RIGHT?… Was told YES! Milkshake had black stuff in the middle of it. Had to return to the store to get corrected while the rest of the $35 order sat at home getting cold. I come to the restaurant several times a week but having order messed up twice within 5 days has taught me my lesson!

Ordered 3 different sandwiches without pickles and all 3 had pickles on them. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and then they hung up. Terrible experience with April when I spoke with her, she acted as if she didn’t care. We can pick up replacement food. …. Maybe!
Returned the following week for replacement food and APRIL had literally put Do NOT replace!!! What a joke!

I reviewed this Burger King was before, and it has not changed. This really is one of the slowest Burger Kings I’ve ever been to. I try to avoid it, but it is the closest one to my home. Having only three people working the entire restaurant is not good. Everyone suffers, including the employees, since they are irritated and overwhelmed. The customer suffers waiting for 13 minutes or more for their food.

I have had my fill of this Burger King getting my orders wrong, and it is the same mess up every time. I ask for 2 original chicken sandwiches, hold the lettuce and add mustard and pickles. Not a hard change. For the past 4 visits, they have made it only mayo and lettuce EVERY TIME!!! Either learn to read your screens or restaff your restaurant because the amount of times THE EXACT SAME THING HAS HAPPENED IS RIDICULOUS!!! On top of that, I had to go back and get the orders of nuggets they forgot to put in the bag. $15 worth of food I almost did not recieve or got wrong. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Ordered online at 8:52 and here I sit in the drive thru (bc the lobby is closed) while they kept taking the other lanes orders and telling me to wait patiently when I finally got their attention that I’ve already ordered and she told me it’s up there ready and to pull around. So probably cold too.

I have never seen a business with such nice staff, I usually bring my dog for the ride and they’re always so nice to him. Tonight I went there and Jen was working drive thru, SUPER NICE LADY!!! I love seeing positive attitudes and overall the experience is always a 10/10

Went in the other day and there was two police officers in the place. The manager came in and was screaming at the officers using the F word and all. If this manager stays here I believe this place will close the doors. I won’t be going back. She never took into consideration that there may have been children there. She never took any consideration for anyone. Just a foul mouthed person.
