I recently visited this Starbucks and was left disappointed with the overall experience. Despite the positive reviews I had read, my visit left me wondering if those reviews were from biased sources such as current employees. It seemed that the baristas had a haphazard approach to creating the drinks, resulting in an inconsistency that was hard to overlook.

Employees here are not very nice. I tried to buy a bottle of their caramel or vanilla syrup, and was told they were completely out. I asked what they do when people want to buy a coffee drink with one of those flavors, and they said, “we improvise“. Girl was very condescending and you could tell she did not want to sell me a bottle of syrup. I asked when they get their shipment in, and she didn’t know. Don’t waste your time at this Starbucks, go to the one down the street there’s a standalone building on Highway 70 just past the shopping center with Ross and Ulta, they’re very nice there. I really don’t drink coffee, but I do like biscotties, a type of cookie. It was expensive but fantastic. And the service is great. The only drawback is that it seems to be in the loudest part of the store. I’m not into sharp noises out of the blue.

I tried this place because it was 10:35 and McDonald’s was no longer serving breakfast :(. I had the breakfast wrap… OMG is it good! The service was friendly, prompt, and eager to please. Atmoshere was really un-ratable as I went through the drive thru. I will definitely be back :).

Overall they are ok and I would of give them higher marks, but their coffee is not that good. I’ve tasted better coffee at local gas stations. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Restrooms are clean and orderly.

Came in for my issuable Holiday mug. They had when other stores were sold out. Martha is AMAZING. I could hang out and chat with her all day. She also is a fabulous barista. My drinks were perfection.

Went in this am I arrived at 650 am was standing behind the line. WAITED a few minutes then went into store part to get some items. Returned to coffee shop lights were now on. Gave my order she rolls her eyes..She never smiles. Checked out thanked her told her to have nice day. She tells me next time to wait in the lobby she will have some chairs down to sit in.
