I literally had such a good experience at this Starbucks, I pulled over to write a review in the parking lot before leaving back to NY lol. The staff working this morning were an absolute delight and they helped me order a coffee that I would actually enjoy because I’m not used to ordering hot coffees and always get them too bitter. Just placing my order took what felt like 5 minutes but they were so patient AND kind the entire time, and the coffee was incredible as well! This was by far the best Starbucks experience I’ve had and the best possible start to a long drive.

We placed an online order at 6:28pm for 3 food items and 2 drinks. Our daughter ordered on her app at the same time for 2 drinks. Estimated time for pickup was 6:37pm. We arrived, daughters drinks were ready, our pastry items were ready. Our hot drinks were not. I asked Crystal if they were ready and they stated ours weren’t ready yet. We waited and ate our Sandwiches so they wouldn’t get cold. We continued to wait while they did other things. At 6:55, my wife received her drink. Then they made another cold drink for pick up and started waiting on a customer that just walked in. I finally asked someone else and that person finished my drink. They weren’t very busy during this time. It appeared to be very unorganized. When someone orders a mobile order, they probably don’t expect to wait almost 30 minutes. I would also like to mention the restrooms and store were filthy. There were no napkins and trash was overflowing.

Absolutely horrible. Granted they were understaffed for how many people were in there but i quickly learned it was not just a understaffed issue.

stopped by yesterday and had a cold brew and a ham and swiss croissant. very yummy. if it wasn’t for the dozens of “customers who don’t buy anything” throwing away their car trash on the floor around the tiny trash cans my experience would have been outstanding. i’m sure the staff could have stopped making food and drinks and cleaned up the mcdonalds wrappers left by the non-patrons.

Waited 25 minutes for a hot latte. Stood patiently and finally walked to the counter asking if my order had been overlooked. Was told they were making it right away. I stood in line again watching them make other coffees so I walked back to the counter and asked if they had finished making my drink, I was told rudely “they didn’t know.” We love Starbucks but stunned by the disarray and filthy serving counter. The restrooms were disgusting with urine on the floors and no toilet paper. (Went the the convenience store 2 doors down for restrooms).

I ordered online. I went into the location and sat for 15 minutes for my drink which never showed up. I then went and talked to the supervisor who informed me they were out of ice. I don’t think it’s appropriate to stare at me for 15 minutes, then make me ask for my drink to then tell me your out of ice. The supervisor totally wrote me off, not caring. All I was offered was a refund or a different drink. I feel like I should have been offered something for my troubles. I have been here many times, and this location is not consistent.

Ordered a bacon egg gouda sandwich without bacon (I dont eat Bacon!) and they got my order wrong, I went in and ask for the correct order- still got bits of bacon in my sandwich. They could just tell me they cant do it, by the way I ordervthis all the time at other locations with success. Disappointed, unfortunately with the price point there isn’t much room for error in my opinion.

Coffee and protein box was great but the inside of the store and the restrooms were terrible. Trash all over the floors. There were 3/5 employees standing around. Manager needs to take some pride here. This was 11:20 am 5/20
