Never ever consistent and im over the children that work at all Starbucks.. This was such a great place 10 years ago when it was a Cafe. Now it’s a playground for children learning how to figure out how to work in this world.. Well im over it.. They WATER DOWN THE CHAI LATTE. I asked why the boy at the window said because people didn’t like how spicy the Chai was… That’s because most of the children here are making and drinking coffee now so we accommodation for the taste and water down my drink and still charge a ridiculous price… And I am tired of the children in the drive thru window who take the orders… nobody taught them how to deal with the public or the service industry at all and they are completely rude and I’m over this location and their drinks…

Unquestionably, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 4pm visit: Bathrooms a mess and unstocked. Music blasting somebody’s (explicit) playlist so the speakers were distorted. Tables and chairs dirty with crumbs and trash and sticky stuff. Nobody sitting inside. Wow… just wow.

Went in the 1:50 there were 5 girls playing around in there way too much much, the girl had my drink in her hand while making it and put her hand over her mouth while laughing and touched my drink…5 of them in there laughing to make my one drink took them 10 minutes but I said thank you and got my drink and I ordered the vanilla nitro cold brew and it was messed up, watery and tasted like just watetered down coffee, mind you the reason we were in there was because my mom ordered her drink online and they made it wrong…maybe pay attention a bit more

Not bad. For dine-in it’s very anonymous and the opposite of welcoming. They don’t ask for your name and don’t call out when your coffee is ready, so you have to remember to keep checking. Odd for a Starbucks. But they are fast and the order takers always have a smile.

Great place, nice people, my drink is always perfect, and I’m picky, I don’t just order off the menu, and they customize my drink to my exact specifications, some other places forget things or do it their own way, but not this Starbucks this is the best one around here!!! Luv them!!!
