Ordered today 3/11 thru the drive-thru. When ordering I asked for light whip and no room. Barista stated “no room?” I explained that I wanted light whip and milk to the lip of the cup. All pleasantness left at that point. “Anything else?” Ordered another drink as well. Get to the window and explained that I wasn’t trying to “that” person, just that if I ordered a Venti I wanted more milk and less whip cream because once the whip melts I could have just ordered a grande. Barista at window stated she understood. Received my drink and Husband drove off. Guess what?? They didn’t follow any of the directions about the whip and milk. We hadn’t even pulled back onto 24/27 when this picture was taken. Yes, that’s half an inch to an inch missing because the whip melted. If we weren’t trying to get somewhere I would have had my husband turn around. I typically wouldn’t post just because of this but this has happened several times. Usually I go into the store and check before I leave, but like already stated we were trying to get somewhere.

6:30am on July 28th I received fire service through the drive-through and everything was made perfectly fine. The friendliness was nice so early in the morning, I’m in a bad mood and it made it better. Lol

Although the Starbucks is located off the same road as a golf coarse neighborhood, they refused to serve us a coffee in the drive thru. My golf cart is street legal, it makes no sense.

Sometimes they’re on it and sometimes they’re not. I usually do the pick up order and sometimes they don’t even fill my cold brew up to the top. I’m like dude for $6 can I just get those extra two sips. Also usually when I walk in I’m never greeted because conversations between each other about the weather is more important.

I’ve put off writing a review in hopes of improvement but every single time I come here, it’s the same experience. I often go to Starbucks to study and get my school work done but every single time I come to this location the music is SO loud and inappropriate that it is not conducive to studying. Multiple times they have been asked to turn down the music, not only by myself but others as well. My coffee order always tastes different. Overall, I am disappointed. I would love to be able to come here more and give them my business, especially because of the convenient location. My first time coming here, they were blaring High School Musical, another time it was legit scremo music, today the music is fine but it is incredibly loud.

This location started great the first few months, now it’s just extremely long wait times, and incorrect orders consistently. A cold brew shouldn’t take 25+ minutes to make. I usually go through the drive-thru but the wait time is so long that I decided to walk inside today. My order isn’t even complicated. Grande no ice cold brew, add heavy cream and vanilla cold foam, Grande iced green tea. I requested a refund politely after the long wait and I was informed I should just call the 1800 number and offered a $4 gift card since I paid with the app. What seemed like a godsend to finally get a Starbucks in the locust/midland area and not have to drive to the Harrisburg or Albemarle rd location has just been a repeated letdown these last few weeks. I would rather make the drive and have my order made accurately, without waiting a half hour or better, make my coffee at home. This location lost two daily customers who tip rather well when deserved. I personally never want to come off as “that” customer and try to remain reasonable. I understand that businesses can get busy or overwhelmed with new staff. However, I overheard an employee laugh about forgetting to start making my order to another employee. This same location has added ice to my cold brew 6+ times after requesting no ice and a receipt and cup sticker reflecting my order correctly. No one has time to drive back to have their order remade.Maybe these employees have no leadership or are underpaid.

The man saying he worked the drive-threw came to the eating section, and just stated we had to stop because he could hear us in his headset. There were only 2 other people in the entire place while there and they had left. What would they do if the place had more customers ‍♀️We came from Ohio for a short visit our group comprised of 2 adults and 1baby joined by a group of 1adult and 3 teens.

I don’t know if I have ever given a negative review, but I feel the need to in this case. The beverages are inconsistent. I am a fan of Starbucks, so I was excited to see this location come to my area. Unfortunately, the drinks taste very different every time. The inconsistency leans more towards the drink being poorly made. I really hope with time it improves.
