I’m not quite sure how this Starbucks has a 4.3 star review. I asked for a Trenta water and was told that Starbucks would not allow it because there is a shortage in trenta cups. Which I then proceeded to offer to pay for it which I never have to at any of the other locations. And the worker goes “oh she wants to be charged for it”. Cashier was arrogant and sarcastic. She didn’t understand what Matcha was. Workers laughing and on their phones. Pretty disappointed with this location.

2 days in a row of horrible experiences. First day: I finish my drink, just to find, what I hope, a piece of egg at the bottom of the cup. Nasty. Second day: my drink tasted off. Why? They used milk in my drink. I can’t have milk due to my lactose intolerance. Never again.

Have been going here the past few days during our hospital stay and I have never been treated more rudely by baristas before. They act like they don’t want to be at work and get irritated when you get anything extra. Drinks often come out wrong and when asked to fix it they are just as rude. I would work on hiring a more friendly team.

I spend a lot of money hereand that stops today. I ordered a large specialty drink with no ice. They argued with me that they do not do that when I know in-fact they do since I’ve had it many times and instead gave me my drink half empty!! $7 and gave me half a drink. I do not do this very often at all but with the way this world has been going the past few years we need more Positivity, Kindness and a little compassion for others! Today Mr. Chris at this Starbucks had all of that with a big bag of chips ! He did not just help me with my coffee selection which he did amazing with picking the Ms. Donna. If you like sweet and not too hot than Ms. Donna is where you start but Chris UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT when I needed some hot hot water for a cup we just bought was for my father in-law who is currently a patient in recovery from surgery to remove the cancer , but I did not even explain any of that to him , and I’m not going in to detail Chris you Rock and I am so happy that we got to meat today! My husband has been in the UNC Chapel Hill Hospital and I love Starbucks, so I have been to this one several times. Each time the employees act like they could careless about serving me. Yesterday morning I ordered a medium plain coffee and a scone. I waited 15 minutes for my order. The customers who were after me and ordering complicated coffees got their order before me. Then tonight, Starbucks was completely, except 2 employees who were chatting to each other. I was not acknowledged when I walked in and waited several minutes before one of them asked to take my order. She took my order and left. I used a credit card and she did not bother to give my receipt, so I had to reach under the protection shield, to tear off my own receipt. I don’t remember the last time I repeatedly received such horrible service. I guess the manager of this Starbucks doesn’t care, because they have no real competition being in the hospital.
