I got a strawberry lemonade with extra strawberries and add dragon fruit inclusions. It was not good I tried to call them and let them know nobody answered the phone. It was not busy at all. I want be back to get anymore drinks. The one in Danville near the mall is better. I was excited to hear they were coming this way but it’s a disappointment.

Hi, I live in Reidsville NC. Our local Starbucks is not living up to your standards. They routinely close early or stop taking orders 15-30 minutes before closing. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting to be greeted. I drove to the window was noticed by an employee and she walked away. I turned on my flashlight to draw another team members attention. He asked if he could help I said yes and tried to place my order. He said we quit taking orders tonight. I asked when. He said at 8:50. I told him that was unacceptable and I was in the drive through at that time. There were three other cars behind me equally disappointed in the service not provided by this location.

I generally go in the mornings and have a great experience, but this evening my daughter begged for a cake pop as her prize for her dentist appointment. We went inside and stood at the counter never being acknowledged. I finally said “excuse me” after a third worker walked up from the back and passed us without acknowledgement ( we were the only people in line). A young girl then said “We’ll get to you when we get to you” and continues to say there’s only two of them working and there’s a lot of drive through orders and we’ll just have to wait. She was extremely flippant and rude about it. I get that they are busy but a simple “hey! we’ll be with you shortly” or even eye contact with a momentary hand signal would at least convey acknowledgement that I exist. Needless to say we walked out with no cake pop to the girl snarking “oh that’s real nice!” Not sure what warranted that but definitely won’t ever go back in the evenings again. Three stars because “Dane Cook” (you know who you are!) is seriously the best!

Just picked up an order in store… Got the pumpkin spice it’s great. Tell me why my sandwich is iced cold as if they pulled it out of the freezer and that was that stuck it in a bag. I called the store to ask how long I’m supposed to cook this since they decided to give me an ice cold, frozen sandwich and of course no one’s answering the phone.

Got there and it took forever to get our drinks, then once we got them they where the wrong size and wrong drink so we had to wait 15 more minutes for our drinks. 2 coffees and 2 waters took almost an hour. Once we got our drinks they where disgusting. Mine was mainly foam and my daughters was way to strong. Employees where nice but it seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing .

I waited in the drive-through for approximately 10 minutes. To pick up my mobile order. I had to leave because I was in a time rush, and there were still three or four cars in front of me. Now i’m out my six dollars, lesson learned. Came back the next day, and ordered pick up in store. Drink was ready when I arrived and had no issues. Changing my original rating due to this.

This particular location ran extremely slow. The customer service was nice but the quality of the drinks are less than. Pictured are 2 or the 3 drinks ordered and they all 3 taste like watered down milk.

I got a gift card to Starbucks as a gift, but I pretty much never go. In the interest of using the gift card, I went one day to work there, and one of the kind baristas had the patience to help me figure out and design a low-carb cold brew drink for me…it was delicious, and I so appreciate her! Definitely will come back when I have the opportunity

I have supported Starbucks for years and have visited many of thier stores- this is the SLOWEST one yet. When I made a comment about how slow things were, I was told “there are only two of us working, what do you expect ?” Crazy. Maybe it’ll get better with time but I’m not hopeful.
