Honestly I am only giving 4 ⭐️ based off of Amanda & Raine.. sweet young ladies & always there to offer a suggestion of drink choice.. this Starbucks ALWAYS gets my coffee wrong.. so sad to say unless someone else is paying for it I won’t be coming back for the coffee but probably the passion tea that’s one of my favorites!

Love our Starbucks – especially the baristas! For young people they are always polite, engaging, efficient and love that the get along! Customers can be demanding and I have seen them handle a ‘karen’ or two with grace!

They were out of a lot. We got lots of “Sorry, but…”. They said they didn’t make bold after 11, which was fine, but the medium roast pike’s peak they gave me instead was the weakest, most watered down, worst coffee I have ever had at Starbucks. It was like it was made by someone who neither drinks nor understands coffee.

Nice large Starbucks with absolutely wonderful service. Music not too loud, great lighting (nice and airy with lots of daylight) if you want to spend some time reading, working, or gathering with a few friends. Lots of the ‘comfy’ seats.

The baristas are polite. They do not have any Starbucks Been There Mugs if you are looking. Dining in is not allowed but can walk in to order and pick up. It has a patio, if you want to sit out there… in the cold . Drive thru is open. There seems to be A LOT of Ice in venti green tea lemonade.

Go to the Starbucks in the Martins store. They have got to be nicer over there! We had a real crabby employee nasty over getting a wrong drink size that really ruined the start to my daughter’s birthday. It really shouldn’t have been a big deal but this lady made it one. She scared us honestly.

The only reason I still go here on occasion is if I’m running late. Most of the baristas don’t care, and don’t take any pride in their work. My shaken espresso never seems to get the syrup I ask for, and when I point it out they are polite and remake it however, it is either not the right cream or doesn’t have the right amount of espresso. I work at a Starbucks myself, and have made my drink enough to know what is in it, and how it should look I’m not one to complain to service workers, but If I’m paying for something I want to get it. I went in earlier today, and when the drink was given to me the Barista was condescending when telling me that ‘it does have the White Mocha’

I appreciate how hard all the baristas work here. This store is the only stand-alone location within a 10-15 mile radius (outside of the little set-up in Martin’s), so I can only imagine the influx of orders they get on the daily.
