Normally my visit to Starbucks is an awesome one. (Except when I found out some of my points expired! Very disappointing. We spend our money, we should be able to keep them.) The young lady who waited on me in drive-thru was an absolute joy. She even recommended a drink to me verses me keep asking for sugar free. I don’t remember her name however thank you so much dear. ❤️❤️ (Also no pictures, I inhaled the slice of cake and gobbled the coffee. I will be better prepared next time.)

The best part: JOSH. When employees start a conversation while I wait at the window at other locations it’s occasionally forced and awkward, but Josh is phenomenal! Extremely friendly and kept a smile on his face.

I went to get a single white chocolate mocha and I was going to be charged $5. The cashier gave me the tip option and I clicked no tip. Then my card read an error and she did it again without letting me see and GAVE HERSELF A TIP. I was charged $6.48 when it should have been $5. If cashiers are going to tip themselves with other’s money I will not be back.

I only went because I had a gift card, but the blonde roast with 2 shots and a splash of milk was so good, and I’m usually cheap coffee gal. The girl who took my card and gave me my drink was great, I think they recently did customer service training because everyone was very chipper and asking questions, it was pleasant.

This Starbucks was easily to find and accessibly located. The store is fairly new and it had a good atmosphere, with the drive thru going pretty quickly and smoothly, despite the long lines. The barista that took my order and serve me my drink through the drive thru was very friendly and helpful, as well! A great overall experience, and one of the more positive ones of all of my amazing Starbucks experiences. Highly recommend!

After a long day of work, I accidentally ordered pickup without selecting a pick up time. My order would’ve sat for 30 minutes before I could get there. I called and they happily remade my drinks for me. Great staff, always smiling and striking up personal conversations. A highlight of my day every time I go!
