They are awful with mobile orders. I was 5 minutes late for my estimated pickup time, but they hadn’t even started my order. This has happened on many, many different occasions. When they are busy it’s understandable, but I’ve always gotten my mobile order quicker when they are busy versus when they are slow. The cherry on top to all of this; they don’t care to read the mobile order tickets/stickers so you ALWAYS want to check they actually made the coffee you ordered. I don’t understand what is the point of them allowing mobile orders if they won’t start it until you are at the store. It’s just sad and disappointing at this point.

As a frequent traveler, this is another one of my favorite Starbucks locations and I just love the town of Staunton. This is a slightly smaller location for a Starbucks so it can get a bit crowded, but I’ve always had a good experience here. The staff is friendly and courteous and I’ve always had the correct drink order. This location is LGBTQ friendly.

I go to Starbucks everyday to Richmond Ave. in staunton va they are amazing friendly outgoing and quick love the staff and will continue to go there..The one on Greenville Ave staunton. Va. They always friendly with the exception of a few which are rude. Do not read coffee order always get them wrong but needs to be told how to remake it correctly. I do not like going there. They need more training and some customers service training too.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Thankfully, there’s another location opening in Staunton soon so hopefully I won’t have to wait 20-25 minutes for a single drink. I placed an order the day before that was more expensive than I was expecting and when I asked the girl for the price breakdown, all she said was “yeah, the nitro is super expensive.”

I ordered today at front for takeout, the cashier had some problems. I order Green-tea Frappuccino, he ordered me Chai Crmfr which tastes really bad. He also never checked with my to confirm my order. Also got my Name wrong. His attitude was rude. This ruined my day. Thank you Starbucks.

I ordered a Baby Yoda Frappuccino (which is on the Secret Menu) and they made it pretty good (for a first-time) and the crew was really nice.
