I have been living in japan for 7 years and the starbucks in japan are amazing. Most of the ones I have been too in the US have been unreliable. This starbucks was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and the overall experience was great.

The staff is always very friendly and polite! My orders are made quickly and correctly. I’m so glad the community has a place to hang out and study with fresh coffee in Rocky Mount. Behind the counter always seems pretty clean and they work effeciently. .The lobby is spacious and the bathrooms are clean too! Cant wait to come back! So proud of the team here!

Every time I’ve been in the staff is very friendly. Today they were pretty busy and another customer seemed to be in a rush and have a short temper. The staff was very polite to this man and handled it well despite their heavy workload. I thought I’d leave a review and applaud the folks working here for doing a great job. Thanks y’all!

FIRST TIME STOPPING HERE, THE YOUNG LADY COULD FINALLY HEAR ME AFTER THE FOURTH TIME, 2 OF THOSE TIMES WERE MY MOTHER SPEAKING, TOLD THE YOUNG LADY @ SPEAKER & WINDOW THAT I HAVE A STARBUCKS APP, SHE CLAIMED SHE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ME, WELL THEN POLITELY SAY ” CAN YOU REPEAT THAT MAM”….ABSOLUTELY TOO MUCH WORK ON MY PART TO GET MY ALL TIME FAV DRINK & 2 PULL AWAY $8.45 , JUS TO FIND OUT IT WAS MADE TOTALLY WRONG…MAYBE ONCE THE NEW NESS WEARS OFF, I WILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. Great location! Amanda is a coffee expert that has come up with some incredible drinks for me! Before this store opened I would just get the same ol bottle coffee drink at the gas station everyday. Highly recommend trying her Cinderella iced latte!!!
