The store’s location is right across Kroger at the University city boulevard. The place is good for reading books studying and hanging out. The crew was excellent and ver friendly. The tables were clean.

I came here ONCE in the afternoon. I was visiting Blacksburg. They had no chocolate croissants. I ordered a tall chai latte with oak milk, that’s it. The wait was long inside. But the drive through was even longer. The lady didn’t ask me my name, and then I realised everyone’s name was being called for their drink order. It was very uncomfortable and peculiar. They said “tall chai latte” as my order, while everyone else had their name called. Isn’t it like Starbucks “thing” to ask your name and when your order is ready they call your name?

Falicia was nice enough to ask for my name when going through the drive through, but then couldn’t scan my points after she already gave me my drink. My drink was a strawberry acai lemonade and I asked for no berries(like the actual berries) but they put no strawberry syrup. I essentially got watered down lemonade.

The last three times I’ve ordered from this one I’ve been a little disappointed. The frappuccinos I ordered were watered down like the ice already melted or had none at all and I asked for no whip with extra caramel drizzled in my cup which I did not get. If they would have been busy I wouldn’t be posting about it but this makes 3x in a row during a slow time.

Either the supervisor or regular barista have a way to make you feel uncomfortable through, what feels to be, spiteful actions. They are minute in action, but when they add up, definitely deters the person from this location. Makes one dislike Starbucks even….would definitely choose the North Main Street location for quality in product and service
