Usually I go through the drive thru, where the service is quick and friendly. Today I decided to place my order inside. I stood there for 10 minutes watching the barista make a dozen drinks for carryout customers who weren’t even there yet. Only one person came in to pick up their order the whole time I was in there; all the others that had been made before mine were still sitting on the counter when I left. Finally the barite asked the name for my order… Then she still made 3 more drinks before making mine. I guess this store hates walk-in customers, since they prioritize them at the bottom of the list. If you want good service and to be treated with courtesy, go through the drive thru.

i am very upset. i usually come to this starbucks because it is closet to my house. but lately, i feel like i need to take the extra miles down to a different location because not only do they take too long to serve you in the drive-thru, the service has been poor, the quality of the drinks haven’t been the best, their one barista stays messing up the drinks. i tried their new frozen drinks and they can’t make it right and there is ALWAYS HAIR in my cup! 10/10 don’t recommend coming here.

Every time I’ve visited this location, the service has been good, batistas are friendly, and for the most part, it’s clean. I have had visits where the trash cans were full to the point that nothing else could be added, spilled drinks or food on the floor/counters, and less than clean restrooms. Overall, it’s a decent Starbucks location.

This location doesn’t disappoint. Even under stress each morning (worst when school started), the staffs are courteous and service are superb. Not a bad place. Decent service, fairly clean. The men’s room was a bit dirty (trash on floor, no toilet seat covers, dirty sink), but not nasty by any means. There was also trash on the floor. However, there is a nice seating area outside, and it is in a convenient location.
