I have gotten the triple mocha Frappuccino with soy for weeks now every single day and tonight I got a cup of water with mocha flavoring and whip cream on top. I gaged when I took a sip. I tried to complain and they refused and hung up the phone. These people were rude and the product was not drinkable. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED !!!!
