Rudest staff. Something was left out of my order and I asked for it at the window. Nobody behind me. Employee said I had to pull out and pull around in order to get what was left out?! Like WTH?! . It was odd and so weird. I will not be returning to that location. Other employees just watched him being unprofessional and rude. Also very hectic I. There and only myself in the drive thru and another lady at the counter. Never got my item that I wanted.

I asked for extra oil and vinegar. I corrected myself and said, Drown the sandwich in oil and vinegar. They did what they wanted and put the minimum on the sandwich. I brought the sandwich back up and asked for more. Mr. Man Bun on his beard was very offended that I critiqued his sandwich making abilities and said, I did put extra!!
He didn’t. Just follow directions. That’s all I ask. What I want, not what you think I want. The food is up to standard. The place is clean. They just didn’t listen to the way I liked my sandwich.

Very poor service. Not Freaky Fast at all. Food quality is marginal. This place is pulling down the reputation of other JJ. Stay away from this one and go to any other JJ. I expect the service is better

The manager Cody even let me stay a little bit to get some remote work done.
While working in the corner, woman came in and told the store she completely made a mistake when ordering and it was her fault, not theirs.

All I wanted was a loaf of bread for my daughter and they told me that they couldn’t sell me just a loaf of bread. Then I offered to buy a full sandwich with nothing on it and they still wouldn’t do it and they were very rude.

I waited more than half an hour for my sandwich and it wasn’t even really busy. Saw more than one party come in and order after me and get their sandwiches before I did. I ordered ahead. Was told when I walked in that my sandwich was “on the line.” 25 minutes later, I ask again. “it’s just being finished up now.” 8 minutes later, I got my sandwich.
