Wish there was we could rate just an employee because I really enjoy this store. I’ve never had an issue until today. I come in every morning and get the same thing. I pick up for my staff that I work with as well as mine. As I’m standing there Elsa is making fun of one of my staff members drink because they like it on the sweet side. One of the employees is trying to tell her that I’m standing right there and I even wave while she continues to make looks. Just don’t feel like that was really needed. Yes my staff member likes a lot in her drink but don’t need to pick fun. She would’ve been upset and embarrassed if she was standing right there with me.

If you like lukewarm weak coffee, this is the place to go. The first time I went here the coffee was great. The last two times it has been awful. I think my coffee was probably sitting in the carafe for hours.

Honestly such an awesome Starbucks, the staff there are so nice and amazing, I go there with my friend and hang out for a bit, and it’s really nice inside, they have lots of food and drink options, really top of the line place and I love it 🙂

Employees, (8 of them visible) we’re too consumed talking among themselves to complete my order in a timely manner, made me feel irrelevant and a nuisance for them. Same waiting at counter, and again while preparing my coffee.
