Hit or miss with this place with your coffee. I can always tell by the color of my coffee of it was made right. Customer service is always top notch here.

I have never been treated with such poor customer service as I was today by Cynthia at this Starbucks location (821 Warrenton Rd). My employees and I placed mobile orders for food and drinks for an office meeting. We visit this Starbucks frequently cause it’s near our job. After getting our food and some of the drinks, I realized I was missing a coworkers’ drink, and I went back through the drive thru to get it. Cynthia handed me the drink and made a sly comment about it being free. I informed her it was in fact paid through the mobile app and asked her to confirm. She refused to check the order for accuracy and was very rude. She gave me a hard time for a drink she neglected to provide the first time which was in fact paid for through the app. Her attitude and actions towards me in our interaction baffled me that she could treat a customer so poorly. Starbucks has always been great but I will drive the extra mile now to experience better customer service at another location.

I will not be back at this location. I came in today, ordered mobile with an expected time of completion of 9-12 minutes. I walked in and waited about 20 minutes. I noticed that in-store and drive thru were being completed and they were taking stickers from mobile and sticking them up on the shelf and leaving them. I watched them fulfill at least 20 orders. I asked and they said “yours is next in line.” Waited another 10 minutes as I watched my order not be made. I asked for a manager, she told me that they pull from both lines but that I may be further down on the list because of mobile orders. I told her I think it’s ridiculous to fulfill orders that just ordered before you make one from 20+ minutes ago. She was very argumentative and I told her I would contact corporate (which I did) and I just wanted my drinks. For $17 for 3 coffees it should take no more than 8-10 minutes. This Starbucks needs management change. Do not recommend.

It’s a Standard Starbucks. I’m sick of the continuing lack of a cream and sugar bar – the baristas always want to use waaay too much and getting it on the side is wasteful too. I only need a literal tablespoon of cream not the 1/4″ that’s the smallest amount in their system

Went thru the drive thru, and the lady at the window only gave me one of my drinks and walked away. When she came back, she looked at me puzzled, and I had to tell her I was waiting on my second drink.

We dropped by to grab a coffee, and noticed there was a State Trooper in line at the drive thru. I went in and ordered my coffee, and as is sometimes done, I tried to pay for the Trooper’s order as well.
