Trash customer service. I came shortly before 3 pm and waited for about ten minutes. Two baristas were working, neither one acknowledged me, didn’t greet me, didn’t take my order, didn’t say they’d be right with me. I’ve never encountered such awful service at Starbucks. I was the only one in the Starbucks. I didn’t get to put in an order from this location because both baristas ignored me for the period of time I was in this store. I ultimately left due to the poor or lack there of service.

WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. They have managed to make my husband’s and my order correctly ONCE. And we gave them a lot of chances….love how they also ALWAYS charge me for the vanilla sweet cream cold foam that I order but never make it…terrible crew! Especially on weekends! Love Starbucks, but not everyday. More like 5 times a month, because I’m not a regular coffee drinker! The customer service was fast & awesome. Whenever my Starbucks day come up, I always get the caramel frappe with 2 shots of espresso, or chai tea latte.

Love this location! The baristas make the best mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos. I only wish they were open later in the day. It also stinks that I cannot use my app to pay with my debit card, but that is not their fault. It would be terrible for my waistline if they had a drive through because I’d be there daily. ha!

I love starbucks. I usually go every once in while but this one is just not cutting it. They are only open for a small window. I went today and they were closed with no explanation on the door. This is not the first time i have been let down by this starbucks. Staff has been friendly when coming though.

I order a venti matcha latte ordinarily with 9 scoops of matcha, this location regularly goes light on the scoops so this time I ordered 11, paid extra for more scoops. When the order was up I verified they put 11 and they assured me they put 11. I figured it looked light but maybe it wasnt mixed well. No I was basically handed a star wars milk. If I pay over 5 dollars it had better either be full of matcha or be a whole gallon of milk. I don’t understand why it’s necessary to skimp someone on green tea its not baby formula.

Very well operated Starbucks location. Xyra, the manager went above and beyond for my requests. The employees are upbeat and seem to like what they do. Clean facility as well.
