I went to this location twice this week, ordered large matcha latte both days, I usually don’t drink it right away and this is what I got when I opened it after an hour of sitting down. So disappointed!!! I thought the first day could be a one time thing and then this! I expect to get what I paid for!!!!!

Clean this place ASAP. The floors haven’t been swept or mopped in quite some time, the walls in the dinning area are nasty and the furniture is worse. Managers need to take pride in the brand. Restrooms are horrible. Handle to entry door is broken. Respond to your reviews and let your customers you care. This store is in a prime location. It needs a rescue or should move over for the next big thing.

Love the drive through. Busy location, but they handle it well. A team gets their time to shine when they are under pressure. 9:30am I order a drink that is a bit fussier than I care to admit, but it tastes amazing when made correctly. Made incorrectly & you might as well have ordered a completely different drink. Well, whomever made the drink made it incorrectly this morning. 5 stars still because no one got upset when I asked them to remake it. 10 stars to Ryan, who stopped what they were doing to make sure the team knew how to make it correctly. Mistakes are opportunities for learning. If Ryan isn’t already in management, I hope it’s in the works. Grateful that this is my home location. Thanks again, Ryan.

I occasionally come to this location because it is on the way to work, but know that this particular location is consistently much slower than the other Starbucks locations I visit. I would advise running in to grab your order, if you order mobile, because it will be cold by the time you get to it through the drive thru.

The slowest drive thru. I sat in line for over 30 min once I got to the window it took another 4-5 min for them to even acknowledge the window. Do not go here if you are in a hurry.

I love having a Starbucks less than a mile down the road. My husband and I order ahead for grab and go anytime we are going on a road trip or random weekend adventure. I know some people do not like the Starbucks roast…aka charbucks…but I like dark roast coffee; so it suits me just fine. I’m trying the different pistachio options lately, but I usually order either a basic latte or cold brew. My husband normally orders a cup of their darkest roast available at the time. The folks at this location are always kind to us and I definitely feel for anyone working in a fast paced food industry position, as the work is in demand, but often thankless. I appreciate how lucky we are to just place an order on an app and then show up and pick it up. Thanks for always providing a good experience!

Seems like every week there is a new, incompetent employee at the job goofing around, making mistakes with peoples’ drinks. There needs to be better management and training. There is one employee who is always throwing cups in the trash and seems like he doesn’t care.

Very understaffed and over worked. The bathroom looks and smells worst than a gas station rest stop. They need to assign someone to clean it or management needs to step up and do it.
