This was my best starbucks experience in 8 or so years. Jessie was so kind and thoughtful when mixing and serving my drink, and she even pronounced my name right (very rare for this to happen.) She also didn’t judge me for only getting a water for my kid, instead of pressuring me into getting some sort of chocolate milk or Kid’s drink. Frankly, he doesn’t need all of that sugar. All this to say, Go here today, order the caramel ribbon crunch. You WON’T regret it .

I only ever do drive through. During pandemic, the owner was very fair to his staff. If he was short staffed he closed early or opened late. He had clear signage on the door and drive through explaining all details. I appreciated this most of all. I would rather him treat his employees well, then burn them out. It makes me prefer this store even more.

So hands down probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had must be a bunch of teens running the shop. My first order they never broughty coffee just my sandwich and brownie so I then reordered my coffee and the people behind the counter obviously didn’t know how to make it cause I asked for a vinti white mocha hot 6 pumps white mocha double shot of Expresso warm not cold what I got was a tall cup of coffee(burnt even) with some vanilla creamer and sugar…. Horrible how you forget the most expensive part of someone’s meal??? Coffees are like $10 there def not going back Dunkin is closer and they listen not to mention cheaper!!!

Was stopping through for my usual venti iced caramel brûlée latte on my way back home to NC – Philadelphia where I work for the weekend around 1030am and this was one of THE BEST LATTES I’ve ever had !! Easy access off the highway friendly service! I have only ever gave one other Starbucks all 5 stars but I had to pull over with 5 hours left on my drive to give these guys a 5 star review!!!

Store manager (tall blond woman) is just plain awful. She is moody and rude to customers. As I ordered my Grande Cappuccino she just kept rolling her eyes and refused to follow instructions (like adding extra hot water). Another barista saw what was happening and asked if she could take over my order to what the store manager refused. In the end I got my coffee prepared to the store manager’s liking. I requested a refund but the store manager refused. I can’t understand how Can she work in the food industry, she is usually smoking and never washes her hands whenever she comes back to prepare drinks.
