I wish I could give them zero stars I have never been racially profiled. I’m African American and Hailey Zambelli gave me a nasty look from the minute I walked in the Starbucks. I saw her pick up my drink and started to make my drink. She noticed I was waiting and put my drink on the counter and didn’t call my name, so I was still waiting she called other people for their drink, and I asked was this drink mine and she ignored me and walked away I saw my name on the cup, so I just took it and left. SHE WAS VERY RUDE!

The customer service here was unbelievable. Not only was it difficult to communicate with staff when trying to place the order but the waiting time was ridiculous. When the order was wrong it too long to get it corrected. Customers were coming and leaving while I was waiting for the one incorrect drink.

My favorite “pink drink”. This drink is perfect. Just request light ice so you get more drink than ice. We sat out front at the picnic area which was really nice.

Avid Starbucks fans and Gold Card members. But this has to be one of the worst experiences we’ve had at any Starbucks. Vanilla Iced Coffee didn’t have any vanilla because the Barista didn’t think they had any, Pike Place was barely warmer than room temperature but they didn’t offer to brew a fresh pot until I mentioned something, the glazed donut was soggy and served in the plastic wrapper, and they had absolutely no napkins or paper towels (though the counter person said I could check the bathroom or movie theater next door). It’s s rainy Sunday, and I could understand the floor being wet, but the cafe was dirty and messy. Not a good experience here today.
