I used to go to the Perry Hall location when I lived right next door bc it was closer and had a drive through. I switched to this location when I moved closer. I’ve gone here a few times and have had pretty good service, the ladies that work here have been very nice. Today was the worst experience I’ve had, and not any of their faults. I’m hoping to change this review to more stars in the future but will not be going back for a bit.

This has nothing to do with employees and everything to do with corporate. This location. Is SO busy and there’s only ever 1 person working at 7-9am monday – Friday. This is ridiculous. FIX IT STARBUCKS…..sincerely one coffee deprived tired woman. (Jarrell here is killing it while the line is 5 people long. Very patient polite and attentive to everyone. Great job to him!!!)

It’s definitely off putting to watch fruit flies swarm around the brewers as you order your drink at this kiosk. To me, this is a sign that they aren’t keeping this location as clean as possible (not cleaning up spilled drink components, unclean floor drains).
