0 stars is appropriate for the sandwich they gave me today. I ordered a Turkey pesto and they put the tiniest sliver of Turkey and had it sticking out the side as if they had stuff they sandwich only for me to open it and see no meat on the rest of the sandwich and 2-4 tiny pieces of red pepper. Just disrespectful for those prices. I will never come here again I am disgusted. And believe I will be coming TODAY for my money back.

Unfortunately from the time the Reisterstown location opened in the 21136 zip area, the service has been poor. It doesn’t matter if you drive thru or walk in, it takes forever to get your order. They are not organized!

This location sucks. I used the drive thru and was the only car in line. I forgot to order a Frappuccino for my son asked if it could be added and staff said no, although I was the only car on line. The customer service is horrible. After saying no and checking g with a coworker I heard the employee laugh. I will no longer waste my money where it is not appreciated. Can’t believe I spent $30 on a couple items. I see why most folks don’t like to ise this location.

Aaliyah made me my caramel crunch frap and she was so friendly ! She put so much love into my drink. I work in customer service and I know how hard it can be to keep a positive attitude let alone enthusiasm! She had it all ! I will always come back to this location because they are so friendly !

Employees move mind-numbingly slow. Hard to watch as a restaurant worker. On more than one occasion I have stood there for 15 minutes, in full view, when it’s SLOW – I finally ask about my online order and they tell me what I ordered is out of stock ??? Poor management. I come to the establishment quite often. Most of the time, I’ll do the drive, and sometimes I’ll go in the lobby area. Today I did the lobby. I didn’t get any acknowledgment and stood before the cash register. The only exposure I got was when one of the young ladies that works there, her friend, walked in. Their customer service is horrible, not even a thank you. I go to the establishment right across from them often, which is Chick-fil-A, and their customer service is immaculate. I feel my business there is wanted, but not at this Starbucks location. Moving forward, I would rather drive a mile and a half to another Starbucks location.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since they opened. I’ve tried continuously to remain positive hoping they would work the kinks out. Unfortunately it remains a terrible Starbucks. I feel like the employees just are not properly trained. I could order the same drink every single day and it will be completely different every single day. Not only are the drinks hit and miss the wait is terrible. I’m currently 30min into a 3 drink order because they made the wrong drink. Instead of apologizing and moving on they said oh it’s not our fault – you didn’t say it correct. I order this drink quite a bit and I know what to order. Maybe the barista mistook what I said. Therefore apologize and move on. Yet, here I am still waiting 30min later for them to attempt to fix it. Just badly ran. I really hope they can improve but for now I’ll take the extra drive elsewhere.
