My drink order here is always terrible! I give them clear and easy directions on how I want a drink, baby the opposite is done. Maybe they’re doing it on purpose. Who knows. You want a nice drink made that isn’t watered down and done how you like it, DO NOT COME HERE! Go to another Starbucks! Perhaps it’s the way the cashier is putting in the order. I don’t know. Terrible.

I ordered using the mobile app two days in a row. On the first day, they forgot to ingredients in the food I ordered, but my drink was made correctly. On the second day, I only ordered a drink and it was again made correctly. I am giving this three stars because the employees appear to be overworked and I don’t think that this location provides them enough staffing and/or support for the needs of this area. I go to several Starbucks every month because I travel often for work and you can almost always tell if there’s a healthy work culture and when there’s a lack of it.

Purchased an unsweetened green iced tea lemonade today. The only drink I ever purchase from Starbucks. The “Simply Lemonade” substitute for the usual lemon product completely dilutes the tea. The drink is diminished to just lemonade. Hardly anything green about this drink. Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. By that time, I was not turning around to return it. Added a green tea bag to it from home. Needless to say this drink disappointed.

Ordering my two refreshers was no problem things took a turn for the worst when I went to pay and Allesia extended the card reader to me to pay. She told me to choose what tip I would like to leave and I told her I could not see what to select due to the SUN. She extended the reader agin and I asked could I just hold the reader so that I could see and make my selection, she said, with an attitude, “NO, do want to leave a tip or NOT!”Things went out the window from there. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR DE-ESCALATION SKILLS! I will stick to my Starbucks at Target and Trader Joe’s. NEVER encountered RUDE PPL or POOR customer services.

Large inside with a lot of natural light and tables. Staff is always very nice, but they seem to be overworked sometimes. I come into the store since the drive thru can take a while, but it’s onn reistertown road so I dont blame the staff.

I am a Starbucks partner ,. I love working for Starbucks and I always feel privileged to use my partner numbers going into my own store and other stores ,setting me aside frm being a typical customer , however at this location I went inside to place my order , following up with my partner numbers to complete my purchase and the shift on duty Marc Ordaz asked me to provide him with my Md state Id card … I did show him my id card proving tht I was the partner tht pops up on his screen when I give my partner numbers . This left me feeling totally offended and not like a partner at all . I always use my partner numbers at every location possible , evn out of state and I have never been asked to Prove who I was . I felt like this was unnecessary especially after I provided my partner numbers and I am a honest Starbucks employee who does follow partner policy . I shouldn’t have to prove my identity after I givepartner numbers and provide my numbers . I was still a paying customer . Following this I asked for his name bc he was not wearing a name tag (per Starbucks policy) I wanted to inform my manager at my own store on how I was treated . I love Starbucks and I love great energy , I am also a great customer . but unfortunately at this store I was not treated like such .

Not enough employees at this location doesn’t seem to be fully invested in their employees and their needs. It’s on a major street, but closes earlier than the other locations that are a little further away. Brian with the beautiful voice should always be at the window. He’s extremely kind and his voice is soothing.
