If I could give 10 stars for service I would. I stopped here with a friend on the way back to Baltimore from Lexington Park. I set my purse down and forgot it. I called ahead, they had it, I came back and they were so nice, nothing was missing. So grateful to Sara, Zack and everyone else for being such amazing people.

Today was the third time I have attempted to place a mobile order 15 minutes prior to pick up and my food has still not been ready upon arrival. It is always around the same time, between three and four in the afternoon. Usually I would wait for it, but today I simply did not want to be late for work yet again. So I ended up spending $11 on a chai latte instead of a chai latte and a breakfast sandwich.

It may seem small but I’ve waited 2 years for a salted caramel hot chocolate. I couldn’t get one in 19′ because we had a family tragedy that took all my time. Then last year…. well COVID….. need I say more. But this year was the hope of some normal. My hubby surprised me with the beloved cup that I’ve waited for. And sadly. It wasn’t salted caramel hot chocolate. No salt. No whipped cream. It was a lame cup of basic hot chocolate. Huge bummer.
