This has become my family’s favorite Starbucks in the world. The staff is super friendly and this has made us regulars. We get consistently great service every time visit the shop…. so much that we find ourselves driving the distance just for the impeccable service. We always leave the store with huge smiles and the best tea. Keep it up.

Ice Coffee was served fresh and good. I did encountered an issue with the manager, which was very unprofessional and rude because she was asking me for a cup to honor me a REFILL which I’m pointed at her that my empty cup was on the table where I was seating, and she went on to give me a hard time and start arguing with me which I immediately dismissed her due to the fact that she wasn’t acting professional as a manager should be. This location already has issues with finding parking.

Horrible experience with a woman staff member that was working the counter around 5:40pm. I went to Starbucks today 5/22/23 to get a refill and as I always do a simple black iced coffee, I go to Starbucks every day and get a refill. When I told her I was here earlier in the day around 11:30, she laughed and goes “so was I, I don’t remember you”. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If she thinks anyone that lives in this nice of an area is trying to get one over on the price of a cup of coffee, it’d be a bad read… Her rude, unprofessional attitude ruined my experience and I was really looking forward to coming here as I just moved into the neighborhood last week. She stared at me with such judgement. Now I’m going to drive 20 mins extra to my hometown Starbucks where I will be treated with fairness, and respect. A shame, I feel humiliated really. I had to walk out of there, no coffee, and she couldn’t care less that I said I wasn’t coming back. It’s not about the refill, it is the unethical and horrible treatment I received at a store that prides itself on being accepting and kind. Back to the Olney Starbucks I go!

It would a great place if the baristas would complete the customize orders as indicated. Especially on Sundays, they make my Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe as if I didn’t ask for the Extra Chocolate Curle topping instead of the Cookie Crumble one. I’m just being honest… I hope they will improve in the future…

The customer service here is UNMATCHED. I go to this particular Starbucks location 2-3 times a week with the infant that I nanny, and the baristas are always so kind to us. They engage with the baby, hold the door for us, and even sometimes bring my food and drink over so that I don’t have to get up and grab it. Truly an amazing Starbucks

Many mornings I stop for my coffee, a simple coffee, that I pay almost $3.50, and it’s colored water, no taste as use to be Starbucks signature, and on top of all that it’s just little warm. It’s unacceptable. Someone from higher management should visit this place.
