Very disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of this location. It’s in a very cool and live location and hoping to come in to a clean Starbucks. The drink was made exceptionally well. Just tighten up on the tidying.

Sam (female) was very rude. My first question was about gluten in one if the specialty drinks. Instead of looking it up (If she didn’t know) her answer was that the ONLY GF ITEM WAS MARSHMALLOWS. REALLY?!!!!!! The obvious plain coffee, plain latte, and numerous gf marked items (bagged items like the chips, nuts, etc) are all gluten free. She was like “whatever…. I only know about the gf marshmallows” Then she was VERY DISINTERESTED in helping. Honestly very rude. My son went inside to explain that I was upset. She was totally clueless. Wait for it….. she is the shift supervisor. Wow. Starbucks, you can do better.

Professional staff and most of them are nice, parking is difficult in this area, but it is one of my favorite Starbucks. It is worth paying to park if you want to enjoy the waterfront and get coffee.
