The people who work here are always very nice and friendly. The Asian guy with the long hair and another women who helped me the other day were amazing! The only meh thing about Starbucks are the prices! I get spending 10 dollars on egg bites (5 each for two) if they were really good, but they were 4/10 I definitely won’t be ordering food from here again haha! That being said I did enjoy my experiences here:)

This picture says it all but I’ll elaborate..I paid full price for this and this is what they considered “full” for a nitro cold brew that cost $6.10. The worst part is that the old employees from the past establishment will do this on purpose. I’ve been going everyday for the past 3 years and I would also tip. No point on tipping people at this location who do not appreciate it and who don’t care that you pay $6.10 to have a nice drink. Obviously Starbucks is not a necessity and I can make my coffee at home but it was the experience that I would drive out of my way for. I just really don’t understand it. I’ll start taking my business to the Lobby coffee bar.

Customer service has really gone downhill. I asked for balances on two cards and then put on my gold card to collect stars for free drinks. The gentleman misunderstood what I asked. and used the cards instead. He was very sweet and apologetic. However, then he asked his manager named Dani to fix it and she kept saying it’s not fixable but that it’s no big deal it’s just stars. It’s all good. She kept repeating that. I told her it wasn’t OK and that it’s money. She said if I have a problem I can come back the next day to talk to the store owner named, Sam and her name is Dani, holding up her tag to me, and have a great day and put a smirk smile on her face. She was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Starbucks used to right their wrongs and value customer service. I have been a Starbucks customer for at least 18 years and have never been treated like that. Perhaps if they fired her or retrained her, customer service would get better.

A lovely local Starbucks, it’s interior feels slimmer than it is because they opted for a restaraunt cushy chair-cum-airport terminal wraparound central island. It doubles as a divider for the flow of foot traffick.

I don’t know about the atmosphere. I’ve never been inside but they have yet to mess up my order. It’s so many times I’ve been to other locations. Go through the drive-thru then have to park and have to go back in. I’m not paying $100 for coffee to be made wrong lol. But this location has been awesome so far. Thank you. Your staff is awesome.
