I’ve been a long time customer for about 8 plus years, that ends today. Picked up my order lady ask for the last 4 of my digits. You know that feeling like somebody is talking about you right in your face but not speaking English, well that was happening. She said something to the older guy and he immediately looks at me and start talking. That’s disrespectful and bad customer service

I ordered the sesame chicken and ate a couple pieces before I realized the chicken was raw and when I called to tell them about there Raw Chicken they told me I was wrong and refused to refund me. Definitely going to pick any other Chinese food place in the area next time!

this place has gone down hill. I work in a busy doctors office in the area. about 5 mins from this location. They refuse to deliver to us if our order is less than 15$. I tried to place an order that came to 12.99 and they refused to deliver. I would have ordered a few more sodas to make it to 15 but the woman was rude. Will no longer order from them anymore. Also, last few times we did order the food was not good, burnt chicken I had to send back.

I’ve been a customer here for many year, mainly since it’s the closest chinese place to our house. However, over the years there have been many different occasions where the food was wrong or they rush you off the phone so quickly that they don’t get the whole order and read it back to you. I don’t know why they rush, I’ve sat in the restaurant and it’s REALLY not that busy. Tonight, the driver overcharged my mother for the food that they forgot with the initial order, since they tried to rush me off the phone. Either they overcharged, or they raised their prices. Definitely not going back here again and would recommend no one else does too.

Accidentally gave the delivery driver way more money than I should have when I miss heard the cost. Instead of giving it back, the driver stole the money and lied about it when we demanded for her to return it. She argued that we gave her a different set of bills rather than the $20 that mysteriously disappeared into her pocket.

Great food. Very fast delivery. I’m a truck driver that had a delivery @ David’s Cookies in Cedar Grove. Prices were very reasonable. They were so pleasant that I had to throw in a tip for the driver. Great place.
