As I entered this place , I seen how cute and clean it looks. They are polite and patient and receiving the food was fast like max 10 minutes wait. I ordered 3 rolls, the spicy shrimp, sweet potato and spicy tuna roll, which came out to under $25 dollars and I wasn’t able to finish it which I’m happy about so I can enjoy again 🙂 I will definitely hit this spot again , I’m glad it’s here

Uchi Sushi Fusion is a new sushi gem! Their grand opening meal was fantastic—the crispy rice appetizer was unreal, crispy on the outside, creamy and flavorful inside, total standout. Sashimi was super fresh, sushi rolls had great fusion vibes, and service was warm too. 10/10 recommend this spot! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered food for the first time today. I picked up the food and was immediately greeted by Mark, one of the managers. He was very enthusiastic and very excited about the business. My food tasted good and was packaged very well. I ordered the Chicken Katsu from the lunch menu. The breading of the katsu was flavorful, and didn’t taste like your usual. Uchi adds a coziness to the Valley Stream Restaurant scene that’s been missing for some time. I’ll definitely be back!

The food was so good!! The chicken was delicious. Everything was perfect. The workers were the nicest I’ve ever encountered. I’m coming here from now on! And they have boba tea?!? I’m here for it. 10/10

I really wanted to like this place but jeez, it was awful. The low price couldn’t even make it better. Not only did the sushi taste stale, but it didn’t go down easily. I didn’t know what was going on until I looked closer and sure enough… there were tiny bones coming out of my sushi. I’m not sure if it was mind over matter but I had an upset stomach afterwards. Even the miso soup tasted odd. I can’t even describe it. I hate wasting food, but I couldn’t stomach that soup and had to dump the entire thing. The food just doesn’t taste fresh or good. I don’t like leaving bad reviews like this, but at the sake of someone’s health, I have to say it. Lots of raw ingredients, seafood is something you don’t wanna play with. Can’t recommend here with a good conscience.
