AWESOME! I stopped there this morning on my way to work to get a venti white chocolate mocha. The girl who took my order was PHENOMENAL. Full of energy and very friendly. We had a great conversation and she even gave me a free pack of tissues and said they were giving them to customers to say thank you. Great, fast service and my drink was perfect. Shoutout to them! 🙂

Knocking 2 stars off because of the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. Ordered one today and it came out extremely brown, very bitter with practically no sweetness and definitely NO creamer. I don’t understand how this is looked over when vanilla sweet cream is in the name yet they just see “cold brew”. This is why I’ve frequently switched over to the Iced Brown Sugar oatmilk shaken espresso because that’s a very consistent option. The Vancrm cold Brw could be the best drink on the menu if it was properly made each time… is that too much to ask for?

This place has the most incompetent staff at any Starbucks or any coffee shop that I’ve seen. They mess up your order almost every time and are constantly running out of supplies. Save your time and money and and go to a different location.

What’s the point of an entire Starbucks store when it’s never open, you can never do call-ahead, and the service is insanely slow or sometimes rude. Honestly I miss our old Starbucks even when it was overrun by middle schoolers on schooldays. I’m not sure what needs to happen to make this a regular functioning Starbucks but I hope they figure it out soon. It’s been almost 2-3 years now? And they still can’t figure out what to do. It really sucks. There are a couple of employees that have the right attitude and energy for it all but they rarely seem to be on schedule. I know everyone in this area loves their local Starbucks so I hope something gets figured out soon.
