I have been to this Starbucks many times now and it seems like they are not able to do a proper Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.. Its like 2/10 that they get it right and I end up just throwing it out wasting almost $8, I think I’ve thrown away 6-7 drinks in this past year.. I feel like the staff there needs to get trained better in making drinks instead of serving these diabetic drinks to customers..

Been coming to this Starbucks for years and only for the last year that I noticed their consistency of making drinks has greatly plummeted. 1/2 the time the drink is made right and the other 1/2 it’s not even close. When I ask to have a drink remade they just dump the old drink into a new cup . Also, I know what you’re thinking if they’re busy it happens, this happens even when they’re dead. COVID’s over… I can’t justify using that as an excuse for service workers to not try at least a little please. I’m a nurse and I didn’t get to stop doing my job because covid was hard on me too. Please do better.

Im down in Virginia for a wedding and needed my coffee fix. Came to this location because it was close by the hotel i was staying at. Was greeted very enthusiastically. Ordered two white mochas. They came out quick and tasted great. Place was very clean – and big too!

Went thru the drive thru and it was fast, friendly service, even with my carload of passengers couldn’t make up their minds on their orders. Lol! This is a great spot for coffee and in a great location.

It’s a Starbucks so the food and drinks are well known. Service is usually great with the more seasoned employees and if you are a regular a couple of the employees seem to make it a point to remember you and your typical order. Plenty of seating and outlets to go with that if needed.

I wanted to edit this as I’ve started to realize how much of a Karen I have sounded. They’re just low on staff, cut them some slack. The reason I have given four stars was because they did not make the drink with light ice.
