Been going to this Starbucks since it opened and I’ve finally decided to never go back. Drinks are constantly made wrong, the wait is outrageous, and I’ve been uncomfortably hit on by one of the male employees in the past. They have crazy turn over, which is probably why things are never right. Today we waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes before we actually got to the screen to order, were ignored for 5 minutes, then told “we’ll be with you soon.” After another 5-10 minutes, we finally said screw it and left. I assume they’re always backed up because they make everything wrong and constantly have to fix it. I used to stop here every morning on my way to work. Go the extra 3 miles to One Loudoun, always consistent and the folks there are lovely.

On DoorDash I ordered a Sausage, Cheddar and Egg Sandwich, and I ended up with someone else’s Grilled Cheese. I did also order a refresher which they got right. This is clearly Starbuck’s fault because I have seen them put together the DoorDash bags. Not very good service Starbucks.

The manager Bri sped through the drive through line at 30ish mph and came within inches of hitting my daughter and wife while there was a strike happening at the store today. 4 managers tried opening the store and couldn’t do it, closing early. But they expect 3 underpaid and underworked staff to do everything all day. Bri is a terrible district manager and needs to be fired immediately. I am currently looking into my options for a civil lawsuit towards Bri for child endangerment. – I will edit this and add more if things change.

I’m sitting in this Starbucks right now after having waited for my tea for 25 minutes (well, it was 25 minutes from when I placed my mobile order to when it was finally ready…I waited in the store for 20 minutes…my drink was finally ready 18 minutes after the time indicated on my app). The baristas were very nice and told me they were behind when I asked about my drink, but this location either needs to have more people working each shift, or they need to stop letting people place giant online orders (which I saw another person pick up while I was waiting).

Worst customer service experience. I called to pre-order a travel box & was told when I got to the location they were out. The girl hid behind her mask & wouldn’t make eye contact. The other young lady apologized..but damage was done. 1st & last experience.

Went through the drive thru during this first visit. Ordered with no hassle with just a little bit of a wait, though I find that’s usually some ridiculous order ahead of me. Once at the window, the transaction was smooth, fast, and Starbucks drinks were had.

Don’t know what’s going on with them, but it went from a great drive through Starbucks to a mess. Simple drinks take 20 minutes, half the menu is unavailable on the app, and it’s hit or miss on whether they’ll even have the order-ahead option turned on. I had to switch to Peets unless I have a cool 20-30 minutes to spare.

Rude staff and management. Every time I use the drive through they are out of multiple breakfast sandwiches. I told the manager to put up a sign next to the item that shows they are out, not on the bottom of the board. They began doing this then stopped. Told me to take it up with corporate if I didn’t like how they handled it. Not at all how you treat a customer. Tight area and the drive through lines easily get backed up and can be slow.
