I go to Starbucks every day and usually go to the Fair Lakes location which is.always awesome so thank you for that. This location the batista are nice but the manager…named Rayna I think since she was walking around the store talking loudly and speaking about her influence on the store and the staff was not very professional. Also, the fact that when I walked in I was not greeted or even acknowledged yet everyone else after me was greeted with a kind hello. Will not be coming back to this location every again. I will go where i am treated kindly. Also as a restaurant manager myself Reyna needs to be replaced as her attitude is not conducive to customer service.

A guy from Uber came 10 minutes after they closed. He asked them just to pass the order. A guy who was inside refused to give an order even tho it was ready. Uber driver asked him a few times just to give him an order which was ready to go. That guy just ignored him. He could be nicer to his clients tho. He wasted a few people’s time just because of his attitude. The manager needs to teach his team how to be nicer to their clients.

I had a terrible experience at this store today and all I wanted was a grande drip (brewed coffee). The front cashier cannot manage a long line of people and handing out drip coffee. It seems too complicated. I wanted to try the Odyssey Blend vice the usual Pike Place and I got my coffee 20 mins later. Other people that came after me were served before I was handed my drink. Don’t come here, they are low staffed and the shift manager seems to be focused on the bar and making drinks than people.

This Starbucks is one of the best with customer service I have ever been. I ordered two drinks that were unfortunately made in a way that I disliked. Moreover, Starbucks employees like Yazid and his crew on Nov 18 night shift Made my drinks in the most wonderful way that I have ever tasted and even offered compensation upon my next visit. They are very respectful and cautious with treating their customers. It was a bloody pleasant experience. Thank you Yazid and your night shift Baristas!!! Y’all are the best & definitely going back! I would like to note that their internet is great, store is clean, unisex toilets also very clean!

This Starbucks lacks in speed of service and sometimes customer service. I have mobile ordered at least five times in the past year and every single time a macchiato took approximately 15 minutes to make (sometimes 20 minutes), despite the 5-8 or 8-11 minutes quoted. The store is typically busy, however I’ve been to busier Starbucks that are much more efficient. I’ve waited to write this review just in case I’ve caught them on bad days, but I can confidently say this is their normal. Just a warning if you have limited time this is probably not the Starbucks to choose.

Unbelievable. Have never had a bad experience with Starbucks, and when a drink was made incorrectly they have always immediately remade it. For some reason this location doesn’t make it right the first, second or third time. Not sure how hard a black tea with honey can be hard to make, but got an earl gray the first time, and no honey the second. Straight incompetence and waste of money. Never returning to this location again. Unhelpful staff.
