My wife stopped in the other day and got something, so she had me stop in today. We got a few drinks. The service was fantastic. The product was very good. On another occasion, my wife ordered a sandwich, and it looked a bit rough. The lady serving us her name was Dee was super exceptional and very, very accomidating. Ordered the wrong thing and they were so accommodating and quickly got me the right drink. Staff is always so friendly and it’s clear they create a great environment. I am not sure if you can call corporate Starbucks and let them know how great this place is doing, but I would. Drinks were very good, but the service was horrible. It took 20 minutes to get 3 drinks. People that came in after us were getting served first and they were getting the same drinks we ordered. They were also getting food and getting served first. I finally had to ask where our drinks were and it still took 5 minutes. All this for $21.00. With Dunkin’ Donuts all through town, I’ll be going there from now on.

I got my order taken through drive thru last week sometime. The person that took my order was mumbling. I had to ask her to repeat herself, because i couldnt hear her correctly. I waited for a good 30 seconds for her to come back to take my order with a nasty tone. I will never come back to Starbucks, because of Destiny she is rude to customers, and very nasty to her co- workers. I seen this behavior with my own two eyes. She needs more training on how to talk people. Other than that , a guy name Hunter has very good people skills, and a young lady by the name of Lilly was very pleasant. I couldnt get the other employess names. Phylicia was awesome! very beautiful soul.

Always great drive thru service, but I went inside today and waited almost 20 minutes from my Mobile pickup order. When the store was practically empty with one person inside. I know they get busy, but goodness 20 minutes for one drink.

What is the the point of placing an online order if they don’t make your drink til you get there? Let me break it down. If you place an online order 20mins before arrival and I place an order 5mins before arrival. They won’t make your order til everyone present for pickup has been served. This exact scenario has played out here multiple times.
